The countdown has begun... only 12 days before I'm outta here. I'm trying to get my fill of all my favourite things, including all my favourite clothes that I won't be bringing with me. This dress is one of my favourites for wearing to work and basically sums up everything that I want to wear this summer: oversized, neutral shade, lightweight and sheer. The baggy simplicity of what Ashley Olsen has been wearing lately is something that's really resonated with me. These boots are the best, but they're quite heavy and totally impractical for the damp end of summer/early fall in the UK, so they're sadly being left at home.
Again, please keep any shopping / eating / nightlife recommendations coming. I have definite plans to visit London, Oxford, Paris and Barcelona, but am open to go anywhere, so please tell me the best places to go in any European city!

(Cheap Monday dress, Michael Kors clutch, Pixie Market sunglasses, Jeffrey Campbell boots) x E

Lady, I don't know how you manage to stay so beautiful fair in this blazing sun in Toronto right now. Regardless, you look beautiful in that dress and I am totally in love with the clutch, you're totally rocking it!

You look so cool (temperature and style wise) - I don't know how you're doing it in this humidity! I love the different neutral shades you paired together - looks fantastic!

I think that maybe u should visit Estonia. It's next to Finland, Russia. And also really near to Estonia are Latvia and Lithuania, wich would be also very easy to visit after u have visited Estonia. Estonia is small beautiful country with beautiful old houses and eaven some castles . So maybe u would like it :) .

you definetely have to go to berlin! kreuzberg, prenzlauer berg and neukölln are incredibly inspiring places- especially the turkish fabric market at maybachufer (on tuesdays and fridays) and all the stores at bergmannstreet. at sundays u need to see the huge fleamarket at mauerpark!

I can only imagine how hard it is choosing what items to bring and what to leave behind...although I suppose it will be exciting once you get there because there will be so many amazing new shopping opportunities!
Love this t-shirt dress, and love that you didn't belt it, just let it hang, it looks beautiful. Those boots are perfect too, love the look amazing!

Thanks so much for your comment,
I've been a loyal follower of your blog for quite some time so I'm a little bit stoked :)
The Aritzia sales are crazy, I have to keep myself away from the store for fear of spending too much simply because everything is so well priced.
I was actually the one doing the markdowns for most of the summer as a seasonal employee,
So seeing the prices get lower and lower was just so tempting :)

It is a favorite!!!

Barcelona is beautiful! Be careful with your bag though, you should always wear an across the shoulder bag and keep it in front of you to avoid the pick pocketers, especially down La Rambla! Defo go to the market there - the fresh fruit and smoothies are amazing! La oveja negra does lovely sangria and you get a bowl of free popcorn :-). There's a lovely tapas place called Neyras (google them I'm sure you'll find them!!) and there's a crepe place Crepes de Barcelona which is so cute, in the evening they light candles and fairy lights inside :-). The Irish Rock Cafe is a fun pub especially during football games (and does 2-4-1 cocktails on a Thurs and un euro beers til 7pm)!

In UK I recommend going to Hoxton - theres Hoxton bar and grill, the breakfast club and not far from there is Hackney city farm and colombia road flower market on a Sunday. Obviously Oxford Circus is geat for shopping, and I highly recommend Nando's to eat yuuuum! The 02 Arena has some nice restaurants but is pretty boring. Vauxhall has a rollerdisco at the weekends which is fun! Carnaby street has some nice shops and a fun place to eat called The Diner :-). There's a really nice place to have traditional afternoon tea on Carnaby street too Camellia's Tea House, it's on the top floor of Kingly Court there! Brick Lane has a few bars, lots of Indian restaurants and a great market and vintage shops. Camden Town is my favourite place in the world (kind of)!

aaaah there's so much you can dooooo!

If you plan on going to Munich/Germany, we have some great Vintage stores around the Glockenbachviertel Area (great cafés there too, such as the Café Fraeulein). For me - drop me a mail (I'm the girl who interviewed you for Portrait ;)). Munich is great - it's old and new at the same time, beautiful landscape and so on!

In Barcelona you should really check out the Opium bar, it's right by the beach and great for sunsets or going out afterwords.
And you should really think about coming to Amsterdam.. It's beautiful in summer and if you're going from London to Paris why wouldn't you?
It's right on the way!

I really really love the shoes, but I think that dress would look better worn with a belt.
